We are looking at renovations for the apartment in the attached plan.

The plan is to have timber flooring in the living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms and walk-in-robe.

Would like to get an estimate from yourselves of the cost and lead time for those 2 rooms.

If the dimensions are unclear, they are:
Main: 3.92m x 3.3m, WIR: 1.9m x 2.1m
B2: 3.92m x 3.3m
